Red wine is great for the heart, but is bad for the teeth. The dark color of red wine cause staining. Opt for white wine to avoid yellow teeth.

Black Coffee
Coffee is a known teeth stainer. Avoid his by adding cream or milk to your black coffee.

Tea
The tannins found in tea can stain the teeth. If you want to keep your teeth sparkling white avoid dark colored teas.

Cola or Soda
Colas or Soda contain food coloring and is very acidic. The acidity in cola causes the enamel of the teeth to erode.

Dark Colored Fruit Juice
Opt for light colored fruit juice to prevent yellow teeth. If you really prefer dark colored juice drink juice spritzers instead.

Balsamic Vinegar
