Sesame Oil
Every night, before going to bed, apply sesame seeds on the cracked heels. This is one of the best cracked heel solutions. Massage the oil into the skin until it mixes well with the skin.
Oatmeal
To make a thick paste, take 1 tablespoon of oatmeal and some jojoba oil. Make a thick paste.
Apply the paste over your feet. Put special attention to the cracked heels and other cracked parts. Leave the paste on the skin for about 30 minutes. Use cold water to rinse off the paste. Do this every other day to remove the cracks.
Olive Oil
Virgin Olive oil has been used to keep the heels smooth and healthy.
Using a cotton ball, apply some virgin olive oil and massage the feet gently in 10-15 minutes. Do this in a circular motion. After this, wear a pair of socks (cotton), choose the thick socks. Rinse after an hour.
With 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a few drops of lavender or lemon, add water (in equal amounts with the other ingredients). Mix it properly. The result should be a thick solution.
Apply this a couple of times in the day and leave it overnight.
Rice Flour
Prepare 2-3 tablespoons of ground rice and a few spoons of apple cider and honey for the thick paste. A spoon of olive oil and even sweet almond oil are good add-ons if the heels are terribly cracked and dry.
Soak the feet in warm water for at least ten minutes. Scrub the paste so that you may remove the dead skin from the feet.
Honey
Besides its great antibacterial quality, honey is one good ingredient to moisturize the feet.
In a bucket of warm water, add a cup of honey. Soak your feet in 15-20 minutes at most. Then scrub your feet.
Vegetable Oil
Wash the feet and dry them. Add a layer of vegetable oil on the cracked parts of the feet. Leave overnight over a thick pair of socks. Wash the oil off in the morning and repeat until the feet get smooth and healed of cracks.
