Most of us go through Acne breakouts, typically starting from the start of our puberty. Some even get these breakouts through their adulthood. Acne breakout can be caused by a lot of factors. It can be environmental, stress, genes and the food we eat.

During our teenage years acne breakouts were one of the worst things that could happen. Instead of simply enjoying the day we end up worrying about the huge red nightmare on our faces. Not being able to look at people directly because they might stare at the huge red bullseye in your face was awful. The last thing we want before a big event or a vacation is to have an acne breakout.

There is a ton research about acne breakouts and how to prevent them. Still with all of the resources and study the main cause of breakouts is still unclear. It it believed that it varies from person to person. Some people can get breakouts from their environment. When the environment is very humid or polluted, these can sometimes inception the breakouts. People who live in a very cool environment, then migrate to a tropical country can get breakouts because of the sudden change of weather. It can also be caused by genes, if your parents were prone to breakouts, it is most likely you will too.

Another factor that can be causing acne breakouts are food. It varies for every person, but there are people that can get breakouts from chocolate or nuts while others get breakouts from cheese or meat. Each person reacts to food in a different way. The trick is to know what food your body reacts to. Find the trigger food that causes your acne breakouts.
Here is a list of foods that can trigger acne breakouts. The key to doing this is through elimination. Try cutting off one or two of the foods on the list and watch for your body’s reaction. Removing a certain food from your diet can give you a clearer and acne free skin. To get an acne free skin eating these foods at a minimum is best.
