Apple slices and peanut butter

This is probably the easiest apple pairings that you can try out if you want to change the way you eat apples. It’s fairly easy to do as well because you only have to slice your apples then either dip them in peanut butter or spread some of the peanut butter on your apple slices as you eat them.

Apple and chocolate

What other combinations can you try? How about apples and chocolates? You’ll probably love this because not only are you satisfying your sweet tooth, but you are also protecting your blood vessels as well. You see, apples are high in quercetin while chocolates, dark chocolates that is, contain catechins which are both antioxidants that are beneficial to your overall health. This combination helps prevent blood clots in your blood vessels so that there will be less risk of heart problems in the long run.

Apples and cheese

Apples and cheese always go together and it would be nice if you choose cheddar.
