There are many different essential oils that are proven effective for reducing both stress and anxiety. Instead of using one of them at a time, why not take advantage of them all at once? It’s a wonderful idea if it seems like you are bugged by high levels of stress and anxiety most of the time.

Below you will come across the recipe for making anti-stress and anxiety roll-on. Don’t forget to share this article after checking out the said recipe to let your stressed and anxious family and friends who are into DIY projects know how they can come up with a blend of essential oils that they can count on each time.

If you are into essential oils, then you are not going to have a hard time following the said recipe. That’s because it involves the use of nothing but some of the most popular essential oils on the face of the planet. Popular essential oils are very easy to procure, and they also tend to be more affordable than the rest.

But before we take a look at the recipe for making anti-stress and anxiety roll-on, let us first quickly discuss a couple of very important matters that you should bear in mind:

See to it that you are using therapeutic grade essential oils. It’s true that fragrance oils are a lot cheaper than therapeutic grade essential oils, but they are just carrier oils with fragrances similar to those of essential oils. If you opt for fragrance oils rather than therapeutic grade essential oils, you may not obtain any stress- or anxiety-reducing benefit.

Place the combined essential oils in a 10-ml roll-on container that’s out of glass, and not plastic. That’s because certain essential oils can actually cause plastic to degrade after some time. If you can get your hands on an amber-colored or any dark-colored roll-on bottle, use it. But fret not if you can only obtain a clear roll-on bottle because you can simply cover it with contact paper.

Now that you know a couple of things to remember, let’s now take a look at the easy-to-follow recipe for making roll-on that can help make your stress and anxiety go away in an instant:
