Olive oil is used in all the hair products including masks, shampoos, conditioners, serums, etc. Olive oil is highly nourishing and hydrating in nature. If you use olive oil regularly on your strands, you would not need to head towards salons for hair spa and other expensive hair treatments. Olive oil has natural conditioning properties, and above all, it does not contain any harsh and irritating chemicals which, otherwise, may cause any harm to scalp.

Fatty acids present in olive oil play a pivotal role in protecting your hair and keep them healthy always. Ironing, crimping, and using all sorts of chemical based wax and hair setters could destroy the outer skin of hair and damage them. Olive oil covers the outer layer and gives them strength along with making them softer, shinier, and smoother.

Below are some great benefits of this oil which will make you fall in love with this oil all over again:

Dandruff is one of the most common problems faced by almost everyone around us. Dandruff is caused when your scalp becomes dry and flaky. Oiling with olive oil keeps this problem at bay and also discards the existing dandruff.
Dry hair becomes brittle and even combing them leads to formation of split ends and, eventually, the problem of hair fall emerges. Olive oil efficaciously tames brittle and dry hair and renders them a seamless shine.
Olive oil also softens hair over the time with its therapeutic properties. So, if you have hard and coarse strands use olive oil therapy once or twice a week and see the magic.
Here is the simple yet effective “at home” hair treatment with olive oil that will work wonders for your lifeless and dull hair.
