Coffee grounds and olive oil body scrub

If you have cellulite problems then mixing coffee grounds and olive oil is the best solution available. You will need 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, equal parts of ground coffee and raw sugar, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. In a bowl, put all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly until you achieve your desired consistency and you’re done. You can transfer the mixture in a container for later use.

Banana sugar body scrub

Another recipe that you can make to reveal that smooth and glowing skin is the banana sugar body scrub. For this recipe, you will need ¼ cup of coconut butter, ¼ cup of shea butter, 1 ripe mashed banana, ¼ cup of coconut oil, ¼ cup of apricot, and a cup of raw sugar. Just mix all the ingredients in a blend with the exception of the raw sugar and blend away. Add the raw sugar afterwards then use as needed. This mixture can last for 48 hours. Bananas are high in vitamins B6 and C which are antioxidants that can promote better looking skin.

Refreshing peppermint body scrub

Pampering your skin can also be a good time for you to feel refreshed. For this scrub, you will need 3 tablespoons of sugar, a few drops of peppermint oil, 4 tablespoons of sweet almond oil, and pomegranate juice for added color. Just mix all the ingredients in a bowl and it will be ready for use after.

Vanilla sugar body scrub

Sensitive skin can be hard to please when it comes to body scrubs but not when you are using vanilla sugar body scrub. You will need 2 ½ cup of raw sugar, ¾ cup of granulated sugar, 4 tablespoons of vanilla extract, and ¼ cup of almond oil. Combine the sugars in a bowl then add the vanilla extract and the almond oil. Mix together thoroughly then use afterwards. The rough texture can help you exfoliate your skin gently so you won’t have to worry about causing breakouts afterwards.

Lavender and sea salt scrub

The combination of lavender and sea salt not only exfoliates your skin gently but it can also rejuvenate your senses with the lavender scent. For this recipe, you will need 7 tablespoons of sweet almond oil, 4 drops of lavender essential oil, and 4 tablespoons of coarse sea salt. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients in it and you are done. You are ready to use the scrub afterwards.

Homemade oatmeal body scrub

You will never go wrong with mixing an oatmeal body scrub to reveal natural glowing skin. In this recipe, you should prepare a cup of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, half a cup of finely grounded oats, and ½ cup of brown sugar. You should blend the oatmeal first until it reaches a powder like consistency, then combine the rest of the ingredients. Transfer the contents to an airtight container to preserve your newly made oatmeal body scrub.
