Fruits are versatile you can make them into pies, smoothies, puree, ice cream and so much more. Vegetables are great too! Packed with nutritional health benefits and taste. These two will surely take those bad mood away.

Fish

Caffeine – It is a great energy booster, but like alcohol too much can cause you to crash. Caffeine is a stimulant when taken too much, that can cause the mood to go down.

Sugar – Starches, fats and refined sugar are bad for the health and bad for moods. It can cause irritability and sadness.
