These two will surely take those bad mood away.

Selenium is a powerful antioxidant found in Brazil nuts. Selenium is proven to help mental performance and boost the moods. A study done by the American Journal of Clinical nutrition states that eating a piece of Brazil nut gives you enough selenium in your daily diet.


Fish has always been a healthier option than red meats. People who are depressed benefit from Omega 3 fatty acids found in Fish.
