Migraine is the result of the constriction of the brain’s blood vessels then followed immediately by its expansion which is what primarily causes the pain. Symptoms that you might encounter right before the blood vessel constriction happens include mood and vision changes. Other triggers may include allergies, hormonal imbalances and strong emotions.

Like in any other food preparations, knowing the cause of the ailment can help in deciding which produce to juice. There are people who have allergies to gluten and dairy, and when they eliminated these things from their diets, they got rid of their bad headaches too. It might be a worthy endeavor to pay a visit to a physician to get yourself tested for any food allergies, or if not, conduct your own elimination process.

Examples of fruits and vegetables that you can juice:
Beets, apples, broccoli, cantaloupe, blackberries, celery, carrots, onions and other leafy greens.

Herbs that you can juice:
Cinnamon, cayenne, dandelion, garlic, ginger, chamomile, parsley, lemon balm, rosemary, vervain

If the pain is emotion-related, it can help to juice a bunch of chamomile leaves to help cam the nerves. To relieve pain caused by dehydration from too much alcohol consumption, try coconut water to help replenish the nutrients that you’ve lost. Celery (1 stalk), 1 piece carrot, ½ cucumber with the skin still on, dill (1 sprig), 1 piece apple.
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly. Start juicing together. Add some ice or enjoy finished concoction as it is.

Broccoli (1 stalk), 2 pcs carrots, 1 pc apple.
Clean thoroughly then juice away.

Juice Recipe for Migraine 3
2 pcs apples , 3 stalks of celery
Wash ingredients fully. Juice it and enjoy afterwards.
