Fruits, Vegetables and Herbs Used for Migraine Headaches

Migraine is the result of the constriction of the brain’s blood vessels then followed immediately by its expansion which is what primarily causes the pain. Symptoms that you might encounter right before the blood vessel constriction happens include mood and vision changes. Other triggers may include allergies, hormonal imbalances and strong emotions.

There are people who have allergies to gluten and dairy, and when they eliminated these things from their diets, they got rid of their bad headaches too. 2 pcs apples , 3 stalks of celery
Instructions:
Wash ingredients fully. Juice it and enjoy afterwards.
