Allow the mixture to simmer for about ten minutes before adding the milk. Strain the tea then add raw honey to taste. Lemon ginger tea

For this recipe, you will need ¾ cup of water, half a large lemon, peeled, 1 inch ginger, peeled and sliced thinly, a pinch of cayenne, and ¼ teaspoon of raw, organic, or coconut sugar. Boil water first then pour it into your cup. Add ginger and allow it to set for about a few minutes. Add cayenne, lemon, and raw sugar after to sweeten it.
