Carrots are popular for vitamin A, one of the fat-soluble vitamins, with vitamin D, E, and K, being the other three. School and books taught people that vitamin A primarily functions for the eyesight. It improves and develops the parts of the eye, which means eye disorders are highly prevented.

As per some studies, it was found that many people improved their vision through eating carrots; however, this may not be the prime factor if they have an existing deficiency of the vitamin.
