When Angry, Just Count up to 20.

It’s so easy to say inappropriate things or do things that you’ll regret later when you’re in an angry fit. So instead of letting your emotions control you, do this simple thing instead and let your anger dissipate for a while. Count from 1 to 20, do a pause while making deep breaths after each number. This technique is proven to cool your nerves and reduce your flaring temper.

Sunscreen not only protects your skin from tanning but it can also help you prevent premature skin aging and aids you in avoiding the development of skin cancers and other skin related diseases.
