You may also add a little bit of honey or maple syrup to make it more pleasant to the taste, or lemon for additional health benefits.

Walking
Aside from being a great exercise, walking is also a perfect way of telling your indigestion to “move along.” This is because walking helps food smoothly pass by the digestive tract as well as improve digestion and nutrient absorption. For additional benefits, try walking while massaging your abdomen in a circular motion with your palms around your belly button.

Drink Water
It was never a secret but water is still the best remedy to combating the worst effects of bad eating lifestyle and is especially effective to ease hangovers from overdrinking liquor. Water helps flush out toxins from the body while rehydrating it in the process.
