Turmeric leaves – Drink chopped leaves of turmeric with milk daily to lessen stomach cramps and gas.

Guava leaves – boil guava leaves in water. Strain and drink the water, do this   to lessen symptoms of gastric problems.

Potato juice – Drink potato juice three times a day to remove stomach gas.

Ginger – Ginger can treat indigestion, gas, acidity and heartburns. You can eat ginger, raw, drink its juice, use in teas or used as a candy.

Baking soda – Baking soda balances out the acidity levels in the stomach and removes excess gas. Mix one fourth teaspoon baking soda to a glass of water. Drink this mixture when suffering flatulence.

Apple Cider Vinegar – It can give instant relief from gas and can cure symptoms of gastric problems. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar to warm water. Drink this mixture once a day.

Cinnamon – Cinnamon is amazing for gastric problems. It can lessen acidity, stomach cramps and gas. It also lessens inflammation and removes bacteria. Add cinnamon powder to coffee, oatmeal or milk.
