Turmeric and Black Pepper Mix

Another quick way to soothe inflamed gums and get rid of wobbly teeth is by combining equal amounts of turmeric powder and ground black pepper. Gently massage on affected gums for about a couple of minutes, and then rinse off with water. Steer clear of consuming anything for the next half an hour.

 

Rock Salt and Mustard Oil

If you have a bottle of mustard oil in your kitchen, grab it and add a few drops of it in some rock salt. Have the resulting mix gently massaged on your gums for up to a couple of minutes. Afterwards, wash off thoroughly with water. It won’t take long before your gums become healthier and stronger, and your loose teeth secured.

 

Oregano Oil or Peppermint Oil

A lot of people with loose teeth swear that massaging oregano oil on problem areas can help get rid of gum swelling and ultimately loose teeth. The same is true with the application of peppermint oil on inflamed gums. However, it is a good idea to rely on a diluted form of peppermint oil to save the gums from becoming more irritated.

Here’s the recipe: 3 parts peppermint, 1 part clove, 1 part lobelia, 3 parts oak bark, 3 parts horsetail root and 6 parts comfrey root.
