Cold milk

Add more omega-3s

If you want to treat your itchy eyes, or at least prevent them from happening, is to add more omega-3s to your diet. These essential fats are useful when it comes to lubricating the eyes and for fighting inflammation. You can get these essential fatty acids from flaxseed, chia seeds, walnuts, and fatty fish too.

Water

For itchy eyes, using water to cleanse them can help a lot. Wash your eyes using running water to alleviate the itching while helping soothe your eyes as well.
