Creating the Syrup

Ingredients:
• A cup of water
• A cup of granulated sugar (organic)
• Tablespoon of pumpkin pies spice
• Two tablespoons of pumpkin puree
-Add water and sugar in a small saucepan. Let the combination simmer in the pan, stirring frequently, until the sugar melts. You can substitute sugar with honey, stevia or calorie free syrup.
-Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice to the saucepan. Let it simmer for ten minutes. Strain the concoction and sore in a glass jar. It can be stored for a month.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

• Eight ounces organic whole milk or fat free milk or soy milk
• Two ounces Pumpkin Spice Syrup
• Two shots of espresso or four ounces of brewed coffee concentrate (cold)
-Steam the milk and place half of it on the mug. Heat the espresso or coffee. Add the syrup and coffee in the mug.
-Stir the mixture, then top with the remaining steamed milk.
-Garnish with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.

-Use an ounce of the same syrup as above and mix with your favorite brewed tea.

-Add 8 ounces of unflavored sparkling water and 2 ounces of the same pumpkin spice syrup.

-For a fall theme cocktail mix 2 ounces of pumpkin spice syrup and 2 ounces of vodka and stir.

Pumpkin Pie Spice

There are a lot of pre mixed blends for pumpkin pie spice, but here is an easy to make natural recipe
• 2 teaspoons ground ginger
• 3 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
• 1½ teaspoons ground allspice
• 1½ teaspoon ground cloves

-Combine all these ingredients in a glass jar and store away from light or humidity. Use this to spice up your favorite food.

Spicy Baked Pumpkin Veggie Chips

• Ingredients
1 pound whole organic pumpkin, raw
• 1 to 2 teaspoons organic olive oil

– Line two baking sheets and Preheat the oven to 425F.
-Peel and remove seeds of the pumpkin. Slice the pumpkin into thin slices.
-Arrange the slices in the pan. Avoid overlapping them.
-Apply a thin coat of oil in the slices and sprinkle in some pumpkin pie spice.
-Place in the oven for ten minutes, then turn the chips.
-Wait for it to crisp and cool down.
-Serve in a bowl and enjoy

Ingredients
• ½ cup organic pumpkin puree
• ½ Teaspoon vanilla extract
• 8 ounces organic cream cheese
• ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• ¼ cup organic sugar or honey

-Combine all the ingredients, blend them well. Store in a glass jar and use as a dip for tortillas or crackers It can last for a week if refrigerated.
