1 teaspoon of ground cumin 

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon of sea salt (finely ground)

Directions:

-Before anything else, have the oven preheated to 200°C which is equivalent to 400°F.

-Place chickpeas in a colander and rinse under running water. Allow to drain very well afterwards.

-Grab a few pieces of kitchen paper and pat dry chickpeas.

-Reach for a medium-sized mixing bowl and place chickpeas in it.

-While gently stirring chickpeas with a wooden spoon, get them drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.

-Sprinkle ground cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper and sea salt while still gently stirring.

-Grab a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.

-Spread seasoned chickpeas across the baking sheet and place in the oven.

-Cook for about 20 to 30 minutes, carefully shaking the baking sheet every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.

-Transfer the baking sheet onto a wire rack and allow roasted chickpeas to cool completely.

-Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
