Ingredients:

1 medium-sized head of mustard greens 

2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon of freshly-squeezed lemon juice 

1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt

Directions:

-Preheat oven to 200°C which is equivalent to 400°F. 

-Thoroughly wash mustard greens under running water. Shake off excess water. 

-Slice off the thick stems and start tearing mustard greens into your preferred size pieces. 

-Place them in a large mixing bowl and sprinkle a tablespoon of freshly-squeezed lemon juice. 

-Also sprinkle 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 

-Stir very well until all of the pieces of mustard greens are covered. 

-While still stirring, sprinkle garlic salt. 

-Grab a large baking sheet. 

-Neatly arrange mustard green leaves on it, making sure that they form a single layer only. 

-Bake for about half an hour or until lightly browned and crispy. 

-Place the baking sheet on a wire rack once cooked to let them to cool for a while. 

-Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
