2 1/4 cups of oatmeal

1/3 cup of coconut oil 

1 tablespoons of water 

1 1/2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract 

1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder

1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

Directions:

-Get your oven preheated to 350°F, which is equivalent to 175°C.

-Grab a couple of mixing bowls.

-In the first mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder and sea salt. Mix very well.

-In the second mixing bowl, mix mashed banana, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, oil and water.

-Stir the contents of the first mixing bowl into the second mixing bowl.

-Stir in oatmeal, too.

-Allow the mixture to sit for a couple of minutes to allow excess liquid to be absorbed.

-Reach for a large cookie sheet and grease it using a little coconut oil.

-Using a tablespoon, place balls of cookies on the baking sheet. Flatten them a little.

-Put the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cookies are slightly browned.

-Allow the baking sheet to cool on a wire rack.

-Transfer cookies to an airtight container.
