Ingredients:

4 pears (opt for firm ones) 

2 teaspoons of coconut oil 

1 teaspoon of mixed spice

Directions:

Get your oven preheated to 140°C, which is equivalent to 300°C. 

Wash pears thoroughly under running water. 

Carefully using a knife, chop up the pears into thin round slices. You may also use a mandoline slicer. 

Neatly place the pear slices in a large baking sheet and drizzle with melted coconut oil. 

Sprinkle mixed spice.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the pear slices are already browned and crisp. 

Once cooked, transfer to a wire rack. 

Allow your spiced pear crisps to cool completely before serving.

1 teaspoon of coriander

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients very well. 

Transfer to a small airtight container and place in a cool and dry spot in your kitchen.
