Dizziness can hit us unexpectedly. Inhaling lavender steam
Boil some water and a few drops of lavender essential oil in it. Turn off the heat then cover your head with a towel as you lean over the pot to inhale the steam. Do this for about 5 to 10 minutes. The effects of this remedy will be felt after half an hour can even get rid of dizziness up to four hours at least.
Apple cider vinegar
It seems that there is nothing that apple cider vinegar can’t fix, which is why it is also a good way to treat dizziness. Just mix equal amounts of water and apple cider vinegar in a cup, add some honey to sweeten it, and drink. The vinegar is packed with amino acids as well as enzymes that can help bring balance back to your body, plus the sweetness of the honey can help reduce the effects of dizziness too.
Getting a massage can also help reduce the dizzy feeling that you have as it activates the pressure points in your body to help get more blood and oxygen flowing. Not only is this good for your dizzy spells, but it can also make your body feel more relaxed which is helpful to your health.
