Ingredients:

2 cups of boiling water

2 pieces of sodium-free chicken bouillon

3 tablespoons of cornstarch

2 tablespoons of margarine

Directions:

-Carefully, dissolve 2 pieces of sodium-free chicken bouillon in 2 cups of boiling water. Make sure that there’s no clump remaining. Set aside.

-Grab a medium-sized saucepan. Using medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of margarine.

-Reach for a whisk. Gradually add cornstarch to the melted margarine. Allow to cook for about a minute while you continuously whisk the ingredients.

-Gradually add the chicken bouillon soup you made earlier into the saucepan. Make sure that you whisk continuously to prevent lumps from forming, which will definitely keep you from having the perfect gluten-free gravy.

-Reduce heat. Allow to simmer until your homemade gluten-free gravy is already thick. See to it that you whisk regularly to keep the ones at the bottom of the saucepan from getting burned.

-Add a little salt and ground pepper. You may also experiment and add a dash of thyme or dried basil, or any other herb that you feel can make your gluten-free gravy one of a kind and unforgettable.
