Sweet Potatoes Topped with Chicken Apple Sausage and Apples

Ingredients:

Express-bake potato microwaveable sweet potatoes (2pcs).

Butter (1 tsbp)

Apple (1 pc.; cored, peeled and chopped)

Hillshire Farm Chicken apple sausages ( 2 pcs, sliced)

Salt and pepper (to taste)

 

Preparation:

Cook the sweet potatoes according to package instructions.

Get a skillet and place it over medium heat. Cook you apples in butter until it becomes soft.

Add the sausage into the skillet and continue cooking until the apples become tender.

Add salt and pepper accordingly.

Serve over the baked potatoes.
