Thoroughly wash 2 medium-sized tomatoes and cut them in halves or quarters.
Grab your blender or food processor and turn those tomatoes into pulp.
Peel a garlic clove and crush it. Throw it into the blender or food processor.
Finely mince a small piece of fresh ginger root and also add it into the blender.
Mix and transfer to a saucepan. Simmer using medium heat.
Switch off the stove once your tomato tea is about to boil.
