If you are experiencing muscle cramps, go for a combination of lemongrass, marjoram, and peppermint. For muscle spasms, the best choice would be marjoram, Roman chamomile, and basil. To use this treatment, combine your choice of essential oils with a carrier oil like coconut oil or almond oil then apply on affected area.

Foam rollers are making huge waves nowadays as they are being used to treat muscle soreness. It basically uses pressure as well as targeted massage to ease the knots on the affected area.
