As per the publication, a rainbow trout contains about 981 milligrams of omega-3 fatty acids docosahexanoic acid or DHA and eicosapentanoic acid or EPA. One recipe that uses trout is Crispy Grilled Trout with Parsley and Lemon. Ingredients include trout, olive oil, sea salt, ground black pepper, fresh flat-leaf parsley, two lemons, and butter.
To prepare, as per the publication, the grill is preheated o full whack. Next, the trout is slashed with a knife, about ten times per side; the slash should be about 0.5 cm or one-fourth inch deep.
