Allergies
Get ½ teaspoons of salt and mix with 8 ounces of room temperature water. Use a dropper and inhale the mixture through your nostrils. Use two or three drops for each try. Repeat a couple of times for each nostril. Once done, blow your nose until the nose is clear from all discharge.
