You don’t want to feel sweaty

It might be that you don’t want to wash your hair all the time or hate the idea of doing extra laundry because of your gym clothes, but you see, sweating is one of your body’s natural mechanisms in detoxifying your body. Without it, there will endless supply of toxins in our system that can do more harm than good. If you don’t want to sweat too much there are some fitness exercises, like swimming, that will not make you sweat buckets while still working out those muscles of yours.

You don’t have the time

If there is a will then there is a way and saying that you don’t have time to do some fitness workouts is just plain lazy. If you look at your daily schedule, you will find that you already have a routine in place. You can try waking up earlier to do your exercise, or open a time in the afternoon or after work for your workout.

You feel stupid or that you look silly

Well, if you are worried about looking stupid in the gym or that you feel stupid because you are not familiar with the machines, you are not the only one. Those who are in the gym don’t go there to look like a model. They go there to sweat it out. It will only feel awkward at first since you are new to the scene but you’ll eventually go over it once you realize that nobody is looking at you.

You don’t have any motivation

It’s hard to feel motivated to work out when your mental faculties are being pulled this way and that. Ask yourself why you want to work out or why you want to become physically active. If you are a mother, then perhaps working out will make you feel more energized in keeping up with your little ones. If you work in an office, it will help you deal with stress better.

You feel that you are starving after you exercise

There are some who blame exercising as the culprit behind their weight gain. Well, your body needs fuel after you exercise hence the feeling of hunger. But before you load up, make sure that you are hydrated first as that hunger pang you are feeling might be because you are dehydrated. Also, when it comes to post-workout meals, choose your food wisely as you might be negating the effects of your exercise if you load up on sweets.
