Ingredients:

2 cups of frozen green peas (thawed) 

1 tablespoon of olive oil 

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 

1/2 teaspoon of finely-ground sea salt

Directions:

-Get your oven preheated to 180°C which is equivalent to 350°F. 

-Using several sheets of kitchen paper, pat dry green peas to remove as much water content as possible. 

-Grab a mixing bowl and place green peas in it. 

-While gently mixing with a wooden spoon, drizzle with olive oil. 

-Sprinkle garlic powder and sea salt while still gently mixing green peas. 

-Line a baking sheet and spread seasoned green peas across it. 

-Bake for about 45 minutes. Every 10 minutes, shake the green peas around for even cooking. 

-Place the baking sheet on a wire rack to let garlic roasted green peas cool. 

-Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
