You can use the bones of beef, poultry, or lamb even for this broth, plus salt, pepper, and water. You should boil the bones of the animal of your choice until you achieve a thick consistency. Transfer the broth into a container to store in the fridge, or have a bowl of warm broth to eat. Bone broth contains a myriad of nutrients that will help strengthen your teeth, improve gum health, and prevent tooth decay.

Simply apply some turmeric powder on the affected tooth and leave it for a few minutes before rinsing with warm water. You can also mix half a teaspoon of turmeric powder with some mustard oil then massage it on your gums and teeth. Leave it on for ten minutes then rinse afterwards.
- Salt water. The first thing that you’ll probably think of when salt water is mentioned for home treatment is that it’s good for sore throat. However, you can also use this solution to fight off cavities. Mix a teaspoon of Epsom salt in a glass of warm water and rinse and gargle with this solution. Make sure that you swish the solution in your mouth so that it will be able to penetrate in between your teeth to get to the cavities. You can repeat this twice a day.
