Vaginal odor is a common problem that women face. Try Feminine Odor Products
There are a lot of feminine odor products in the market that can guarantee you results. Try looking for products that can remove infections and balance pH levels.
Eating 2 cups of yoghurt a day can remove feminine odor. Yogurt will balance out the pH level of the feminine area. For instant relief from the odor, soak a tampon in yogurt and insert as usual. Leave it in for a few minutes then wash the area.
Drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and bacteria from the body. Drinking water also lessens sugar content in our body that can cause feminine odor. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.
Eliminate feminine odor and maintain a regular pH level with white vinegar. Add half a cup of white vinegar in warm water. Soak your vagina in it for a few minutes every day for a week.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Add apple cider vinegar in your bath water and soak in it for 30 minutes to an hour to remove bacteria. Do this 4 to 5 times a week to prevent bacterial growth.
Fenugreek helps regulate the menstrual cycle and balance out hormone problems. Soak fenugreek seeds in a glass of warm water overnight. Drink the solution in the morning before breakfast.
Garlic has natural bacteria killing agents that can remove feminine odor. Drink garlic juice on an empty stomach or insert a garlic clove in your vagina to kill odor causing bacteria.
Soak your vagina in a baking soda solution to remove feminine odor from yeast or bacterial infection. Add baking soda in your bath water or add baking soda in a small bowl.
Tea Tree Oil
Remove feminine odor causing fungi and bacteria with teat tree oil. Add 5 drops of tea tree oil in water and use it to wash your vagina.
If the odor comes from excessive discharge, eat Indian gooseberry to lessen feminine odor.
If the odor doesn’t go away with these remedies, go to the doctor. This may be an underlying symptom of an STD or other another disease. Avoid getting feminine odor by maintaining a proper hygiene, avoid douching, change sanitary napkins/tampons every 3 hours and wash your feminine area after intercourse.
