Who doesn’t want a quick and delicious snack less than 10 minutes? You read that right, ten minutes. With only a few easy to find ingredients and easy to follow instructions you can create this yummy dish in a jiffy.

This recipe is made to serve 6 people:
Ingredients you’ll need:
A handful of chopped parsley
6 medium sized tomatoes
3/4 roughly cup chopped feta cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees while prepping ingredients.
Slice the top of the tomato, slice half an inch from the top of the tomato. Making a cap for the tomato. Do this to all the tomato and place the cap aside.
Remove the inside of the tomato with a spoon. Do this carefully too much force can puncture and damage the tomato.
Grease the glass baking dish lightly, use olive oil. Carefully arrange the tomatoes cut side up on the baking dish. Keep them separated from each other.
Mix the feta cheese and chopped parsley together.
Stuff the tomato with the cheese and parsley mixture. Do this generously.
Season the top of the tomato with salt and pepper. Drizzle on some olive oil on top.
Place the caps back on to op of the tomato. Place the baking dish inside the oven and let it bake for 10 minutes.
When it begins to look shriveled and the cheese melted remove the dish form the oven.
