Who doesn’t want a quick and delicious snack less than 10 minutes? You read that right, ten minutes. With only a few easy to find ingredients and easy to follow instructions you can create this yummy dish in a jiffy.

You can alter the ingredients to your preference. Whatever ingredients you choose this is sure to be a delicious snack.

This recipe is made to serve 6 people:

Ingredients you’ll need:
 A handful of chopped parsley
 6 medium sized tomatoes
 3/4 roughly cup chopped feta cheese
 Salt and pepper to taste
 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:
 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees while prepping ingredients.
 Slice the top of the tomato, slice half an inch from the top of the tomato. Making a cap for the tomato. Do this to all the tomato and place the cap aside.
 Remove the inside of the tomato with a spoon. Do this carefully too much force can puncture and damage the tomato.
 Grease the glass baking dish lightly, use olive oil. Carefully arrange the tomatoes cut side up on the baking dish. Keep them separated from each other.
 Mix the feta cheese and chopped parsley together.
 Stuff the tomato with the cheese and parsley mixture. Do this generously.
 Season the top of the tomato with salt and pepper. Drizzle on some olive oil on top.
 Place the caps back on to op of the tomato. Place the baking dish inside the oven and let it bake for 10 minutes.
 When it begins to look shriveled and the cheese melted remove the dish form the oven.
 Serve!
