Baking soda

Baking soda has many uses, and it seems that one of them is to reduce the pain and swelling in your feet. This is because baking soda comes with anti-inflammatories as well as soothing properties that can alleviate inflammation and foot pain. Fill a large bowl with hot water, plus half a cup of baking soda. Let the baking soda dissolve completely before you soak your feet in it for 15 to 20 minutes.
