In this article, you will learn how to whip up garlic butter without trouble!

Especially if you have family and friends who are very much into homemade recipes, make sure that you share this article on your various social media sites afterwards.

There are various reasons why garlic butter made in your own kitchen with your own two hands is so much better than its supermarket-bought counterpart:

It is easier on the pocket

Having unforgettable meals doesn’t necessarily equate to spending a fortune each time. Most especially if you’re the budget-conscious kind, going for homemade garlic butter is better.

It’s healthier

The recipe for making garlic butter that you will find below uses only 4 ingredients — well, 3 if you choose to discard the optional ingredient. This only means that the resulting homemade garlic butter is a lot healthier than something being sold at the supermarket. Take a look at its list of ingredients — it’s for certain that you will come across ingredients that can easily leave your eyebrow raised.

It makes your culinary resume impressive

Nothing can make you feel like you’re a top chef more than seeing your friends in great disbelief after knowing that the garlic butter they are enjoying is the product of your own effort and not the supermarket-bought kind.

And compared to regular butter, garlic butter (in particular the kind that’s homemade) is a lot healthier and tastier. It’s all because of the presence of garlic — we are all aware of the amazing flavor and aroma possessed by garlic, and also all of its many different incredible health benefits!

So without further ado, here’s how garlic butter can be made in your kitchen:

Ingredients:

400 grams of unsalted butter

15 cloves of garlic

7 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon of finely chopped parsley (optional)

Directions:

-Carefully peel fresh cloves of garlic. Afterwards, finely mince them — the finer, the better. If you want, go ahead and grate them. Place finely minced or grated garlic in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

-Place unsalted butter in a microwavable bowl and soften it for a few seconds in the microwave.

-Add softened unsalted butter to finely minced or grated garlic. Mix very well.

-Mix in extra virgin olive oil. You may use a little more or less than 7 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, depending on the consistency of your preference.

-Stir in finely chopped parsley if you want, although it’s highly recommendable for you to do so if you want to come up with the most amazing homemade garlic butter on the face of the planet!

-Transfer to a container and keep in the refrigerator.

That’s how quick it is to make your very own garlic butter! If stored properly, it can last for up to 3 long months. But because it can be tempting to use it every meal or snack time, it’s unlikely that it will last for 1 month!
